Introduction

Mike He is a Partner and Chief Public Relations Strategist of Mentor Public Relations & Consulting Co., Ltd. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate marketing and communications in the high-tech sector. He has also written a number of columns and articles to share experiences and to advance the public relations profession. Before joining Mentor PR, Mike He was CEO of a Silicon Valley-based wireless charging technology company, responsible for the start-up¡¯s marketing and communications strategies £¬ as well as business and customer development particularly in Asia Pacific.

Mike He was senior manager of Corporate Marketing and Communications for Broadcom Corporation, a global leader in wired and wireless communication technology. He was responsible for product and technology promotion of the company's enterprise network group. In addition, he initiated and led the company¡¯s corporate marketing and communications efforts in the Asia Pacific region, successfully making Broadcom a household name especially in the tech industry from a less well-known player in the region, thus helping strengthening Broadcom¡¯s global leadership position in the industry. Prior to Broadcom, Mike He worked for National Semiconductor Corporation (later acquired by Texas Instruments), one of the world¡¯s leading analog technology companies. He was instrumental in establishing the company as an analog technology and market leader while leading communications efforts for the company¡¯s core product and technology businesses. Before joining National Semiconductor, Mike He worked for the semiconductor group at Texas Instruments Inc. (TI), a world leader in technology. He was instrumental in establishing TI as the world leader in DSP (digital signal processing) technology. In addition to his corporate marketing and communications expertise, Mike He led a team providing public relations services for a number of technology companies during his tenure at the world-famous Edelman Public Relations, winning clients¡¯ respect, trust and praise. Mike received a double bachelor's degree from Fudan University and a master's degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma, USA.
