Fudan University has developed the world's fastest "Dawn Breaking" picosecond flash memory. It can complete the erase-write operation within 400 picoseconds and perform 2.5 billion operations per second, breaking the limit of storage speed. It is currently the fastest semiconductor charge storage device mastered by humanity. In the blink of an eye, the super flash memory has already operated one billion times.
