At 6:11 on December 9th, China successfully launched the 15th batch of low-Earth orbit satellites for satellite internet from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, using the Long March 6A carrier rocket. The satellites entered the preset orbit smoothly, and the launch mission achieved complete success. This mission marks the 613th flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets.

At 11:41 on December 9th, China successfully sent the Remote Sensing Satellite-47 into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center via the Long March 4B carrier rocket. The satellite entered its preset orbit smoothly, and the launch mission was a complete success. This satellite is mainly used in fields such as national land surveys, urban planning, road network design, crop yield estimation, environmental governance as well as comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation.
This mission marks the 614th flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets.

A series of China's first full-scale high-pressure pure hydrogen pipeline leak jet fire tests were successfully carried out in Hami, Xinjiang. To restore real scenarios to the maximum extent, the test team built a dedicated hydrogen main pipeline with a hydrogen storage capacity of 12,000 cubic meters by relying on an advanced multi-medium pipeline test and measurement platform. The entire test focused on the "monitoring of continuous leakage and jet fire under multiple working conditions", aiming to simulate various possible leakage situations of hydrogen pipelines during actual operation.

A hydrological rainfall measurement radar system has recently been fully deployed at the Three Gorges Project. This newly commissioned next-generation rainfall measurement radar system upgrades rainfall monitoring from "point-based" perception to "area-wide" insight, and expands the monitoring scope from "ground rainfall" to "cloud rainfall". It enables refined monitoring and forecasting of rainfall within an area of approximately 13,000 square kilometers around the Three Gorges Dam.

On December 8, the 5,000th unit of the general-purpose embodied robot — Lingxi X2, officially rolled off the production line. At the event, Zhiyuan also released the cumulative shipment data of its three major product series: 1,742 units of the Yuanzheng A1/A2, 1,846 units of the Lingxi X1/X2, and 1,412 units of the Jingling G1/G2 have been produced and delivered. This milestone marks that embodied robots have fully moved from the technical verification phase to the era of large-scale commercial application.
