Introduction

Mr. Leo Wang has more than 30 years of management experience in technology, service, marketing, sales and operation in the semiconductor industry and has served in many enterprises including semiconductor chip manufacturers (FAB), semiconductor production and processing equipment suppliers, as well as semiconductor testing equipment suppliers. Spending many years working in the United States, China and Japan, Leon is well versed in the corporate culture in these countries and has summarized a set of effective methods in cross-cultural team management and customer relationship management. At the same time, he puts forward his own unique concept of "Service Marketing" for the enterprise's after-sales service. Mr. Leo Wang is a rare all-round management talent in semiconductor industry, but he is very modest and low-key.

Before joining Mentor PR , Mr. Leo Wang was the business consultant of JIH Co., Ltd., mainly support JIN to develop business growth strategy, expand organizational structure, and pursue new business. He has increased JIN's corporate profits by more than 10% in a year.

After graduation from the University of California in 1986, Mr. Leo Wang joined NEC Electronics and served in semiconductor division for 14 years, growing from an ordinary engineer to an equipment engineering manager. In 2000, he joined Cymer Inc. as Technical/Regional Marketing Manager, responsible for markets in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Taiwan area. Two years later, in 2002, he was invited to join KLA Tencor, a world-renowned semiconductor chip testing equipment supplier, and successively served as Senior Director of China after-sales service, and then of worldwide support service. During this period, it took him only six months to reduce the cost of materials, thus directly bringing 10 million US dollars of profit for the enterprise. The value-added service strategy proposed and implemented by him has made KLA Tencor become the "best supplier" of SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation) in 2008 in three years from originally the 9th in 2005. His value-added service strategy also helped KLA Tencor achieve 300% growth in its service business in the 2006-2008 fiscal year. In 2009, Mr. Leo Wang came to China from the United States and served as vice president of Raintree Microelectronics Equipment Corporation, in charge of the marketing and sales. His joining helped Raintree’s LED AOI equipment to quickly open up the Chinese market and become the leader in the market of similar products. At the same time, the corresponding after-sales market share has also achieved rapid growth and gained high recognition from customers. In 2015, Mr. Leo Wang joined Lam Research, a globally famous semiconductor chip manufacturing and processing equipment supplier, to be the General Manager of after-sales service in China. Just one year later, in 2016, he led his team to increase China's after-sales service business by more than 30%.

Mr. Leo Wang has contributed more than 30 years of all his working experience to the semiconductor industry. His deep understanding of the semiconductor industry has made him well aware of the trend of the market and very skillful in the handling of potential "danger" and "opportunity". He has his own unique and convincing wisdom on how to win in the relationship among customers, competitors, and enterprises and ultimately achieve the win-win of customers and enterprises where he serves.
